I just opened up my order to build as a Christmas gift. I first noticed the box that had the oil in it had stains and upon opening up and searching for the leaking packet, oil sprayed up on me and over the box. I've never left a review on anything in my life, but the next thing tipped me over the edge. After opening up the machine and attempting to build it I found that there were no instructions, so I did a quick google to try and find the instructions only to realise the machine sitting infront of me was completely different to the one I had ordered. Very disappointing and after talking on the phone I was not given any information about how they plan to rectify this. And was told I would have to wait 48 hours for a response???? Completely unacceptable practice, especially for an order that costs close to $700.

Fairly easy to assemble and use. A little awkward loading and emptying hopper but overall great to use. Easy to move around - yes wheels do turn.

This is a brilliant machine, we’ve had so many comments on it and have already had people ask where we purchased it from so that they can buy their own. It was easy to set up and is incredibly easy to use, and the popcorn is delicious!
